So i got a gold ball and it gave me red tier rewards is that normal ?

So they dont answer emails lol has anyone actually managed to talk to CS about an issue ?

Every other spin the prize corresponded with the color of the ball that shot out so when i finally got a gold one i was supe rexcited.... for it to spit out the red tier prize seems broken and i cant get in touch with them at all.... SMH.

Yup i was playing the wing one as well ive tried messaging their facebook as well as emailing the contact.

I've never actually paid attention to the colors of the balls while gaching.
Though I've gached 6 times so far. And... got 4 costumes.
