Unable to find shop npc

when I first logged in a found a npc that allowed you to purchase clothing items and hair styles, but I had a glitch that forced me to restart and I have not been able to find it again.
can anyone tell me it's location?

Err you mean the creepy youkai mirror thingus? Its right near where Shizuka and Yoshitsune are in Sekigahara. It'd be a different thing if you cant see it there at all, that sounds like a bug.

Btw, I hope you allow for a little time for all NPCs and map terrain to load, it takes me a good minute or so before I can see everything in a large town with my semi-old laptop setup.

Ok yes that's it. I saw the mirror npc but didn't trealize that was it because when I first saw it, it looked like a human npc in a purple outfit.
I'm guessing the game glitched and loading the wrong npc the first time.
