If it's a fault with CyberStep, you can submit a ticket to request them to restore the item. Depending on how well the GM tool is develop, every online game has a way to restore item, even if it is not with the same stats (for some online games). But don't be surprise, on average for a small company, it can take up to 2 weeks for them to reply. There's also the fact that certain ticket issue have different priority if there's an overwhelming amount of tickets.
