What if you messed up your points? Is it possible to respec them? ;-;

You get a free respec after killing Benkei (or Odin, I forget).

Otherwise, it's 200C.

200c per point respec or your whole stat itself?

200C to change your entire character (character type, stat points).

And I mean 200C as in cash shop.
