Ougi Skills need help

Ok so I was lucky to get the 3 different Ougi cards but I need help deciding on which to use one what so I wanted to ask which ones are best. I have 3 toons bow/twinblade user, staff user and a spear user so I wants to know which ones are the better ones so I can decide to use them on what ever weapon will benefit the most for my Toons TY for your help.
