Some annoying tidbits of the game's basic problem

I've found some basic problem with this game... its so f*cking funny I need to caution everyone..
1) the launcher took so long for me to load, it's just sitting on the lower right side of the window, not showing its "start game" button... WRONG... its only because im using "Auto Hide Taskbar" and the play game instantly pops up after I uncheck it... (FIX IT PLEASE!!!)
2) this game don't give the option to access setting in the start menu... I'm a new player jwho just trying out the resolution setting and I set it to Full HD fullscreen(just as my laptop is) and now I'm stuck at the top left window.. I can't access the setting button anymore (can anyone me.. tell me how to set a fullscreen game to become windowed one without accessing the setting??? I'm stuck now)...... please can anyone fix this ridiculous problem??? I know its a new game.. but...

well tell me about it i cant play in desktop for i dont know the reason but im not having problem playing this game in the house

At home, I have the taskbar (Windows 7) set to auto-hide, and I've never experienced a problem with launching the game.
There may be another factor involved in your experience of the problem.
