So I'm supposed to play rock-paper-scissors with Nyarko for around roughly 10 times (that's very unlucky of me if that is so...) just to get a lvl 47 Magatama?

That's kinda... wierd, and exciting. It's like quest in ADND which we can have the title of:
"Beat the crap out of the Crawling Chaos and gather 3 of it's bodily fluids"
