Does this forum have active admins/moderator?

The first and only time I saw a moderator/admin reply to a thread was when someone complain about the early purchase promo. In asian servers that i've played and game forums that they have. They always have a moderator that will reply to your technical issues. I think they call it costumer service? I'm not sure I find it funny that for the past maintenance that they have I always get issue and I saw others having the same issues too. However admin or game staff had never reply. It's disappointing.

This is the first time I've ever played a game from CS, so I have no idea about how they manage their forum for other games. I heard it's pretty bad though.
For Onigiri... well, I could say it's not really good. So far I've only seen Ringo Tarte on the Feedback and Suggestions thread in the Announcements part of the forum but other than that they don't seem to respond to threads outside that. Perhaps they lurk and read the thread but not actually reply to them.

But I dunno' if they are well aware of the issue at this time, assuming that the admin's clock is synonymous to the server time which is PDT then they might be still getting ready for work.
