So everything was running smooth for the past few days. But today when I started the client it became japanese and it's updating. I cancel it and restarted my PC.

Luckily it became English again. And it was updating but when the client finally launch It turned out it's re downloading the whole game. I even check the cyberstep folder and it only have 1 gb.

I'm sure I didn't delete any files and only me use my pc. It's creepy however I made a back up of the game that I tried and worked before. So I decided to use it this time. However same issue persist. Anybody know why?

NOTE: I think admins/mods don't visit the help and support section and very few people visit there. So decided to post this here.

Sorry to say this bro, but you need to redownload the whole client. Had the same issue, couldnt get my fix for two days. I think its an error that's in the programming that happens sometimes.

Basically the launcher systems used are all the same in both JP and US versions, except for the destination where the patch files are to be read.
For some reason the launcher might have read the cache from the JP version, leading the launcher to download patches from the JP server.
When this happens, as the launcher automatically deletes files which are incorrect or corrupted, it will start deleting all the files from the JP because they are different from the US version.
Until an official fix is announced, what you can do is to try deleting all caches from your IE or browsers.
