I had 2 accounts before named Tsuna Sawada and Chrome Dokuro, then I had to do a system restore. I downloaded Onigiri and put in my email and password. Next thing I know its telling me to create a new account!? I think my account got seperated into 2 but i used the same email and password for both? Because I created one on the .exe first then I created one on the website right after. How do I retrieve my account!?

when you have 2 accounts, then you used 2 different mails.

It's notpossible to create 2 accounts on one mail. So you simply login to the wrong account. Maybe you did a typo in of the mails?

Nope I think that I made a typo with that email and I never noticed. So thats why I cant get it back :< I sent in a ticket asking cyberstep if I can change the address because I have no idea what It was And yes that was me o3o

idk... If chrome is missing, it's usually because she's missing like her organs (which was like half the entire series). Well that or sitting around for Mukuro to save her backside :U.

On a serious note, it's probably a misspelling on your part but if that doesn't solve it MAYBE the help desk can. Maybe.
