why does momo not evovling may skills,

have read it... so not all skill momo can evovle.. that means gotta have to spend more ryou for yoshi the bieatch! thnx guys

I believe that momo can evolve all skills as long as:
- Momo's evo level is same with your skill rank
- Your skill is max
- Your weapon's skill has a double/triple border. In addition, not all weapons have a double/triple border and if the weapon you are looking has doesn't have those, it is impossible to evolve that weapon's skill (unless they make a cash item for that). ex. You may have a Kotetsu that can evolve its Lunge Step I to II, another Kotetsu that can evolve its Lunge Step II to III to IV, and another Kotetsu that has none.

now pick an rng (random number god/goddess) and pray

it can't evolve skills at IV, right?
