Do Japan Gaming Joys Crimp Western Thrills?

Hi All!
I'm fresh up for a new round of time-killing gaming, but first have to comment on all the legitimate gripes about Onigiri posted. My request to GMs and Mods here: Please tell us how Japanese gamers feel about the game. Are different subtle Rising Sun gaming joys causing a clash of gaming thrills here? Are there features diluted and teeth-pulled to accommodate the different gaming audience and cultures? Just asking. I'm no Einstein or pretend to.
On gameplay complaints:
Yes, I'm just a lvl 9 going on 10 MMO newbie, but I skimmed enough posts to wonder; How best juice-up the game? Is Onigiri held rigid to "traditional" Japanese lore or can its theme envelope be stretched? Maybe these ideas are ready in the game so just pass me by then, but how about some "equalizer" spells for high level Bosses or forbidden areas to inject some heavy punishment? Like having a Boss or area that casts spells that knock you down to lvl 10 or so for a couple of days? Or an Benedict Arnold spell that turns hapless gamers against their mob-fighting buddies? Or even defect to the Boss? Or a "take a chance" "Pandora's Box" drop box that could do the same things if you're unlucky? (just injecting a little Vegas here! ) How about a "permanent death" option that spices up the thrill because if you lose your character is deleted for real? For super-pros tried of slaying Bosses, have a level where they themselves become "King of the Hill" (an "anti-Boss"?) and must defend against other gamers out to take them down? Why not a CS monetary prize for ace and exceptional gamers like this, etc?
This was on CNN, but PayPal is thinking of "micro-payments" for game companies to literally nickel and dime gamers for purchasing tokens and articles and what have you instead of spending whole dollars which puts off lots of gamers and generates low income for game companies. CS should consider getting on that. I'd like to see high-ranking and royal "Obi Wan" points for ace gamers who take time advising and accompanying low level-gamers. Can a member of a party get accidentally "injured" by another player fooling around? How about some serious demerits for that to make others more careful -- and skillfull -- especially during a frenzied melay?
Hope this was more hopeful than wind, so now I'm off to raiding some shrines! With my trusty dagger D:
