SO this for sure is glitch w/ Ibaraki, Ive now experienced it on 2 diff characters.

If you give Ibaraki bottle recipe thru drink menu you lose recipe, this happened to me with clouded skull form. (luckily that recipe drops in dungeon) and I fixed

Now its happened to me with Sixteen Nights Form cause I wasnt paying attention.

My question is does this drop anywhere aside from the side quest...

Please any information is appreciated
