Stat points, and Stats Simulator?

I'd like to understand the mechanics of Stats.
Now, I'm not talking about any information upon the wiki, no no no....
I'd like to know about the current Level Cap, and all the free status points that are rewarded to that level.
I'd also like to know why there is random stat points in my other stats, when I only invested to Dex. (Cautious)
Lastly, I'd like to know if there is a stat simulator that can allow me to map out my "future" stats.
If there isn't a stat simulator, I wouldn't mind making it (with some Visual basic :3), but that means I'll need to have all the information on these stats.
