When's the festival for U.S. coming out

When's the festival coming? I saw on youtube that the Japanese festival came out some time ago and I was just wondering when do we get it. Did it already come out? Am i missing something?

I was hoping it would open up on the 1st of August. I mean,they already put it on the Japanese version, how hard is it to make an update? Or do they want the event to end on the Jap version and put it on the Eng version so the game doesn't mess up? i dont know lol
