There is no "trick" in getting a specific thing on a RNG-based item. It's all about luck. Personally, I have this mentality wherein I don't "look" for a certain item and hope to get it, but rather I just say, "Meh, I'll just gacha for the lulz" That way, when I get something awful, it's not that bad. But when I get something awesome, I'll be like "Oh.. cool."

I've used 3 free tickets so far on my character and obtained:
- Friendship stuff
- Gold Costume Squad Commander
- Ougi Skill 3

The rest of my tickets are rotting in storage.

Think of it this way, "If you want something, the game won't give it to you. Vice versa." That's just me though.
