What quest to be able to smetl weapons?

Sorry for this stupid question haha i created a new character but i did not go with the quest flow its now lvl 30 but smelting option doesn't show on yoshitsunes options.

Try completing the quest where Yoshitsune asks you to craft an Oninodachi if you already have a +10 weapon in your inventory and have completed the Smelting quest. If that doesn't fix it, you might need to reinstall your client.

Make sure you have a weapon in your inv that is +10 and NOT favorited
