What lvl of affection i need with he for random gatcha tickets in the bargain shop?

That would be impossible in my opinion, unless someone could prove it's possible by providing a screenshot.

You mentioned you found it in another post, mind linking the post? Do they provide proof?
Probably need to max out Miroku if Tickets are obtainable through his bargains, though it's doubtful.
Reason why that's said is because it's unheard of. Sorry not being much help here.

Read the post by the 1st user, they mention it but not confirmed.
Haven't read the other posts yet however, if there is a chance to obtain them, it's very little.
When stated "Very Little",
you have a better chance of getting Orange Magatama, that's how little of a chance it is.
That's only if it's possible for it to appear in Bargains, Tickets appearing in bargains would be a miracle.
Besides, we do indeed need more Tickets considering they will release new Outfits again soon, heard Yukata outfits will be available during Yukata Festival event. We get 1 free outfit during a quest however, not sure though. Rather obtain the ones they have in the Nyankoro shop though, outfits from quests are always ... what's the word? Anyways, we can't confirm the Tickets until someone provides a screenshot.

You can also get 2 Gacha tickets in that event from the quests.

And no, you can't get gacha tickets from Miroku's bargains.

You can get various weapons, magatamas, partner gits, consumables, and mob drops.
Only cash item you could get would be soul eggs and partner gifts (the ones that increase partner exp greatly)

2 Tickets from which quests exactly? Don't believe they were in the videos you've shared?
Are they the side-quests mentioned using sugar-canes?

The haunted house quests. One ticket from clearing hard in under 4:15 and 1 ticket from clearing hell in under 4:05 I believe.
