Haunted House Strategy?

Finding the Haunted House to be way harder than I would have thought because of the very different mechanics.
With me being able to deliver so few attacks and all the badguys having one-hit kill power, I've yet to clear it on Normal.
Any suggestions?
I usually Solo everything, but I was wondering if this is one of those things better handled in a Party....

Yeah, Partying works best. I've cleared it about 7 times on Hard with a party (and only once came close to completing the Time Attack. 4:18...talk about a heartbreaker).

For hard-mode it'd be fastest to kill the lanterns with your normal attacks, since they're one-hits. If you run with a party, first floor should be easy if you just have 2 people gang up on one of the stronger monsters. Watch out for the Bloody Wanryuudo(?) though.
For hardmode, start off by just beating the monsters. Cast Single Dodge and run in. The starting monsters should be killed with just the normal attacks. Use Escape if necessary, as it functions the same as Evade Warp. But make sure you stay behind the.. I don't even know what they're called.. the ones using parasols as a hat, yes. For the boss, have one person dmg it and then have that person run around. The boss wont change aggro, so you can just beat the cr- I mean, beat it to death.

Step 1: get a big party
Step 2: have someone use Rapid Storm
Step 3: raid the place like Osaka castle
that should give you a good start

Ain't no way. I spent like roughly 8 hours today, neglecting my University classes running through hard. By this point, my muscle memory auto stops my character in a spot where I can get the best aoe hit. If i messed up and died before the wall guy, I'd restart. I repeated the process for hours. Best time: 5.3m
That guy with the 4m solo, either you're really good or I'm really terrible; probably the latter.
Screw the gaches man.
I could've made enough OC for 3 gaches probably in the same amount of time.

The 4m is possible to beat.
Here are some tips.
The first lanterns, oni spirit blast, make sure you hit all of them.
First wanyuudou, 2 attacks.
Go in to the room with 3 wanyuudous, hit all 3 with oni spirit blast.
Go to next room, oni spirit blast the lanterns, hit anything that remains.
Go to next room, aggro the bloody with oni spirit blast, finish with regular attacks, kill the umbrella ghosts with regular attacks.
Use single dodge, go to next room. First one kill with regular attacks, move on to the next 2, kill them with oni spirit blast after dodging their attacks, finish them with regular hits.
Go to next room, make sure you kill the sandal throwing ghost in the middle first, bakenekos should be easy.
Go to next floor.
Kill ghost lantern, kill next 2 with oni spirit blast, move forward, use single dodge, kill the 3 with oni spirit blast, finish with regular attacks.
Wall, just hit and dodge, should be easy once you get used to the timing.
Move to next floor, use single dodge, kill boss.
I think I did not forget any room, under 4:14 for hard solo is not that hard, you can get it to 3:30 if you don't die and do things optimally, maybe to even as low as 3 minutes.
As a side note single dodge is not really that useful since most mobs do attacks that hit multiple times and does not last that long, just use it against the mobs that do only 1 attack. Also with really high level you could probably equip some defensive magatamas and with all that HP you could survive 1 hit before dying, I've survived lantern attacks with just level 68 so it might be possible for higher levels to survive more things.

I found that you can kill the 2 guys in the corridor by using Single Dodge and selecting Spirit Blast, you can Tab onto and kill them from across the wall without leaving the room given that they are within 3 meters from the wall (They usually are).

That's too long to wait, the cd on the Blast is fairly long
I've already given up anyway, just wanted to try my luck with the free tickets, I wanted the Fish Accessories on the new Outfits.

It's true that you can kill them through the wall, but you lose time because you have to move to the wall which is usually backwards.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKBtis3JYtEThis is NOT me, but this is the example I have been following. A huge part of the haunted house (with a party) is to have a lure. Most mobs will target and continue to target the first person who comes into their range. Once the lure has the mobs attention, everyone else needs to get into a synchronized beat down mode.
Also a side note, those hosting parties for "pros only" or "only level 70/80+", please stfu. It's hasn't even been out for a day, unless you been playing it on JP for the past 3 weeks, no ones "pro" yet. Also, the people who have the BIGGEST advantage, are the lowest level noobs who haven't even moved out of Onigashima. Remember when you first started and had
10 resurrections? It's way easier with 10 chances and a simple strategy.

I did this place couple of times today, 2 things which I'm stuck and need help at on the 2nd floor:
1.) Laser firing non-flankable Nurikabe
2.) The red moving fires after you finish him^(before a lone Bakeneko at end I think near the way to portal)
I hope all you guys could help me finish this place both on hard and hell mode(time attack for both too). I'd appreciate any help available. Also need a strategy for the 2 points i aforementioned
