What are the top 2 magas to max out spear and bow affinity? And what are the top 2 magas that one should equip when using either a spear or bow?

To get the most affinity with that build, I would get enough status points for either Dex or Vit for max affinity, then focus on the other stat afterwards. It'll be slow to get to your ideal build, but it's the easiest way to do level up without completely gimping yourself of damage.

You should be able to get max affinity for both weapons easily anyway (Katou Kiyomasa and a Bow with +Dex, i.e. Glazer One or Golden Eye).

If you want to go Hybrid right now, then you will be doing quite a bit less damage than with just one of the two weapons.
