I can't Log in

When I log in, then select my character, a few seconds later in the loading page, my game crash and need to be closed, I try it a lot of times and i dont know what hapend, maybe i walk into a bugged map slot or something like that, what I can do? :S

Turn all graphic setting to the lowest and keep trying, happened to me in kaga once.

I still cant enter to the game , I have tried to set different graphic settings but the game crash every time
