lancher fail to load n japanese client

i keep on gettin pop up ' lancher fail to load' and when it does load, i have to redownload the packeage all over again. plus, i keep on gettin the japanese client and i have to redownload the whole game again n again..seriusly its gettin on my nerve..any suggerstion pls..
