ive never got any VII skill card, only IV ones, since there is multiple types of lucky box, i want to know whats the type of lucky box that drops VII skill cards and what dungeons have it, anyone can help?

Skill cards are only in IV form, not higher. You can identify weapons with rank VII skills when Yoshi is of a high enough level. Only other option is to roll your luck with the Item mall gambling game.

Shizuka for id'ing
Yoshi for smithing (but yoshi's smithing lvl is usually lower than shizu's id'ing lvl so it's harder to get smithed weps with higher grades or skills)

As far as I'm aware the only method of obtaining skill cards higher than rank V is through spending OC.

Yes it's awful and adds something of a "pay to win" element but all current content is easily manageable without the use of ougis or rank VII skills.
