I finally managed to solo my way pass that tengu boss to get to edo and it's empty.
with the posts i see of how great the exp is and no reason to carry, (though allowing me to discover I can carry a 5man secluded hell) i was expecting it to be packed, especially the sewer, but i only saw one person there on both channels.

Is this game losing THAT many players?

also can momo extract VI skills this cap?

Jokes. Seriously though, if I had to take a guess, it'd be the halloween event, or people are farming mats/recipes/weps somewhere. Most sewers are usually empty, though. Marunoichi sewers is the xp one and I'd guess it'd be packed when login boost starts.

I'm pretty sure he can't and won't be able to until VIII/VII skills are available in the nyankoro pon instead of VII/VI but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

... I feel like none of you know what he's asking. You're only in the first part of Edo. You have to clear many dungeon quests and whatnot to get to the next 2-3 parts (yes, it's a freaking huge place). Because it's so big and annoying to walk through, people usually hang out/set up their shops in echigo still. If you're looking for the people of Edo, they're probably in the last sewer. You probably want to find a partner to get through the rest of the story with, maybe on the grouping board, if you had a lot of trouble on the tengu. Maybe you can join a group farming the ginza sewer management for exp or something if you need to level.

That being said, it's not like there's a huge amount of people in Edo tbh, just that most of the people you would find there are in the last zones.
