For the past couple of days I have yet to see the kamikui corruption drop & I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. Maybe I'm in the wrong place or something, but I've been going to the Room of Rites to hunt for it.

That's where I got mine. It is a 1% chance or 0.1% chance on Hades so expect a lot of runs :/

171 times still no drop...

U can try satan i got mine after some runs

Try Tiamat, it's the easiest and also the most quickest way for the Hallow items. I also got Corruption from Tiamat. Momo doesn't really drop anything since he isn't counted as an Kamikui.

Hades and Satan are the fastest since you don't have to clear an entire dungeon

With a good team, I averaged 2:30~2:40 for Room of Rites if that helps.
