Could we get a Inspect Player feature?

Just about every MMO has it, and I think it'd be cool if Onigiri would have it too. That way we could see what weapons other players have, their stats, etc. It'd be cool to have.

I also wish that weapons displayed where we got them from. For instance, if someone inspected me, and hovered over my sword, Durandal, they'd see that I got that certain one from Sakurajima Cave.

I wouldn't mind the first one and it'd probably help out the new players a lot. It would also mean that ppl wouldn't be able to fake support :P

The second suggestion... would help out a lot with drop locations :D, esp. for magatama. But I'd guess it'd take a while to implement for a minor improvement. Idk if it'd affect crashes.

btw, your suggestions probably won't be seen here. There's a feedback and suggestions topic made for things like this.

If this is implemented, I'd also like an option to disable it; that is, I'd like to disallow others from viewing my status.

CS could probably do this, their other game (cosmic break) has a feature like this

cb is supposed to be an arena battle game. the inspect features shows you a bare minimum of information you can use to adjust your own lineup of bots. in analogy it would be like showing which weapontypes a person is wielding and telling you which level the weapons are. no specifics.

i also disagree with offering an inspect "feature" for the simple reason that i have yet to be shown a positive side of such a feature that offsets all the negative aspects. it always failed in every game i played. horrendously.
