[12/04] JP Update - Gameplay updates, new boss

Hi guys,

Sorry that this game rather late this time, I've been a bit busy, and I'm kinda waiting for next patch before I go hard on this game again. But - without further ado, here's an update that brought a shiteater's grin to my face.

Gameplay Updates

Stamina

There is now a stamina bar. This bar is normally hidden, but when stamina is consumed, it appears. The stamina bar will recover over time, and recovers faster when moving.

It can be used to perform a guard, and the bar will not recover while guarding.

If you attempt to guard when you do not have any remaining stamina, and an enemy hits you, you will be stunned.

Just Guard
The just guard system comes into play the moment that you lift your guard. Try to activate it when you're subject to an enemy attack. If you manage to just guard successfully, you will take zero damage, and you will not be affected by any status.

After a successful just guard, if you activate any skill within 2 seconds, then you will perform a just guard counter!
The attack speed of the skill you choose is greatly increased. Furthermore, you are granted a second of invincibility frames.

Note that you will need to press and release the skill button rather quickly. Since the JG counter is conditionalm it will not activate if you wait too long!

Other Invincibility
You can now double tap to gain a few I-frames.

New Boss! New Weapons!

雷霆魔ガーゴイル - (Loosely) Gargoyle of Demonic Lightning

You can now fight this guy, who drops rare materials to craft weapons with. Weapons crafted from his limbs have special basic attack effects - like such.

Please note that these will be overridden if you use swift, so take care!

You can go into the dungeon by talking to some guy, who gives you a quest to punish this baddy. Entering the dungeon that contains him will consume energy, and you will not be able to change equipment inside of the dungeon! (In other words, it's like Aramitama in that regard)

System Updates
Like in the other guy's post, you can now do emotes.

You can check where these are on the keyboard by pressing the K key, then going through some menu junk.

Also they fixed a bunch of bugs and added a web gacha.

Oh, I hope that means they removed random guard breaks (if not, at least they're avoidable-probably). Ouch for wand users... they get an extra bar that won't ever get consumed xD.

Double tap=rolling?

Based on the information given, random guardbreaks should probably no longer happen. However, this is an assumption and has not yet been 100% confirmed.

Yes, doubletap = roll.

i also demand renaming "Cure" skill to "Chouhi's kindness"
and name all staves to "Chouhi's <staff_name>" and ban everyone from using staves unless they heal too
*i'll allow Akatsuki Kai using staff, cause she does heal

Why would they rename the cure skill to such a ridiculous name that has nothing to do with the skill and just sounds retarded... Also who are you to dictate whether anyone can use a staff or not , this game clearly allows the use of multiple weapons for a reason there for with all due respect shut the fuck up.

assuming it is, cause you took that post too literally.. use that little "hint" i gave in game.. might help you in the future...
