I know this is an old question, but lot of people were saying on the forums that Moon King had been taken out of Ibaraki's shop. Then, I went and checked on some more forums, and others said it was back. I went into her shop and found no traces of Moon King at all, and am level 30. Do you need a specific level to be able to access Moon King, or is it really just gone?

Moon king was nerfed to the point where its completely useless now though.

That's the thing though. I've leveled Ibaraki up to the max for the area I'm at and she's like, still level 5 (I'm still at Yamaitoku leveling haven't moved to the next city yet.) So once I progress to the next area, will I be able to use it? I've seen level 26's that use it, and I'm guessing it's because they've progressed to different areas and cities while I'm still at Yamaitoku? O.O

Yeah, I think you get it in Kyoto (by leveling Ibaraki) but I don't really remember. Sometime soon anyway. It wouldn't say it's useless, just a pain to use, especially if you're using it with other sake since it lasts just a bit longer than rapid storm V.
