What was your last main quest that you completed? In order to pass through that door, you have to beat up the tentacle rapist, and then the trap.

Since I don't see any main quests in your bar, I'm under the assumption that, after beating whatever dungeon you completed last, you probably didn't complete dialogue that was required.

EDIT: Wait, you did beat up the trap. I see you have obtain a sebas-chan monster card in your system dialogue.... Try going around town talking to people.

I killed a robot that gives kisses a girl with a doll budu, to save the two girls game.

Yeah, that was a trap, not a girl.

Is there perhaps a kijimuna in front of that door? I see you have a green circle revolving around your sake, so I'm under the impression you are playing one of the console versions of the game (or at least using a controller).

If you are on the Xbox One and there is a kijimuna, then the reason you cannot pass the door is likely due to the fact that the content there is unreleased. (I'm not actually sure how much content there is on the Xbox version of the game).

Regardless of console, try doing the dungeon again and making sure that you walk out of the portal instead of hitting the return to town button from the menu if you did that the first time. I'm not sure what exactly was needed to trigger the next quest, but I just remember having a bunch of dialogue after beating up the trap.

The guy says

In other words, he's saying you prob missed something in your quest line that you had to do ;D
