Skill Leveling

Hi this has really been troubling me, where do I train my skills? If it's a dungeon, can I do any level? Because, everytime I do a dungeon it's like my skill hasn't even budged which is really bugging me because, I want to level my ougi's up.

You can level up your skills when you get Momotarou and hit Yamataikoku, but your skill needs to be maxed out for its level first. To level up higher skills, Momo needs a higher friendship level.

You're talking about raising the rank of a skill. I think OP is asking about raising the level of a skill..

Anywhere, simply using the skill will contribute to raising the level of that skill. You may want to try Kishinden. It's fast, good amount of mobs and being low level mobs means you can use weaker weapons [with the skill you want to use to level] and still clear rooms quickly. Can also save time with Yoshitsune being right outside as well for quick repairs.

Also raise Momotaro's friendship level. Along with what Dark Deceiver mentioned about raising the skill evolution cap, the higher his level, you'll also decrease the amount of time needed to level skills.
