Rift people ARE the leechers. They are too useless to farm stuff by themselves and the only solution is to buy OC so they can get weapons from other players. That costs real money, so many of them go to their chat zone called "Temporal Rift" wasting server space all day because they don't have anything better to do.
Occasionally they will level up with their lvl 100+ "senpai o3o" by staying in the dungeon roleplaying as a rock (doing nothing).

I heard that once you go into the Rift, you can't leave unless you become a kawaii-vampire-bunny, or a kitsune-demon-balloon-animal-chan.
