You can't give chocolate until Feb 14th.
Female partners already have set presents that you can receive and I don't see CS making a gender specific event, so yes, there probably will be some yaoi action going on.

Get three Sweets Ingrediments from Shop Owner Mitsuba, and give them to Hasekura Tsunenaga in exchange for the Valentines Day Chocolate. (These are the two new male NPCs in Onigashima)

sorry, i ment to say how to get the surger. i was skill grinding for an hour and did not get any. then i return to find someone selling 40 of them.

Can I get presents from all girls or just one?

Ah sorry, I'm not aware of a sugar item for this event o_o I haven't done any grinding lately.

Should be all girls. JP website states to talk to everyone to get their presents. I also assume that talking to them is the only condition to get their presents.
