Valentine's Chocolate Sales

I don't support anyone selling chocolates to others whatsoever. Therefore I'm going to undermine everyone's buisiness right here and now.

Make two alts. Buy chocolate ingredient. Sell to self for 2c. Each of these alts will now have 0.70c. Event lasts 30 days. 30*.7 = 21. Sell a random drop back to the alt for 14c (21*.7 = 14.7), do it again with other alt to get 28c. You spent 60c total, so subtract 28c = 32c. Congrats, you just made 30 chocolates over the course of the event for a grand cost of 32c (Although you need 60 to start). Now stop buying chocolates from the people trying to sell ingredients for more than 1 c and the full chocolate for more than 3c.

If someone working at CS sees this, make these items untradable between players please. It's pretty stupid how many people are trying to make a quick grab for OC just like with the winter event.

Well, seeing all the locked stores in town at the moment and all the people selling sweets and chocolates although we dont even know what the second is useful for (except for "something good happening the white day"), it was kinda obvious that they were tons of speculation along these lines going on.

So if i did get it right some players are multi-accouting to make way more sweets and chocolates than the daily limit allow you normally to do if you are buying sweets only at the npc, and are making profits by reselling that for a higher price than the oc they have spent in the process, hoping that someone will buy it because it is new even if it is kinda useless in the end ?

That being said i know they went quite overboard with the christmas and new years events, but i am a bit disappointed in this one. Even if the npc were given crap for it i was waiting more for a "go kick the shit out of these monsters who have stolen our valentine's chocolates !"

Well, at least i should be able to finally get lvl 100 with the coming fever time.

I don't get it. You don't want people to sell these event items for OC because of what? If someone wants to spend their money, I don't see why that should be a problem. In fact, I honestly think CS would appreciate the income. Their offers have been on a steady decline as it is, so people charging cash is a plus for them.

You're missing the point though; players are multi-clienting <<(which is against the rules) and buying sweets from they're own bazaars at 1oc then selling them to other players for inflated prices.

Be completely honest and real...you don't think that's even a little fucked up?

1. Bannable offense (multi-clienting, buying items at YOUR own stalls)
2. Whole thing is a rip-off so players can make a desperate grab for OC

No, YOU are missing the point. Please read again & then read one more time. OP is SUGGESTING, that we multi-client & to buy it from our own stall to get the chocolates ourselves instead of buying it from other users. Secondly, what is wrong with trying to make OC? Is there a rule in the ToS or anywhere the forbids users to put items in their shop? I fail to understand your logic. It's the buyer's decision on what to do with their money. Who are you to tell someone what to do with their money? Explain how it is a rip-off, after you read once more. Kthxbye.

I will say this again:
"You're missing the point though"

The OP isn't seriously suggesting anything, he is pointing out POSSIBILITIES. The OP's main goal was to point out what players could/would/will/and have done with this new event. If you honestly thought the OP was in agreement with multi-clienting then let me help you get those comprehension skills up. (You can do that by going back and reading the first two sentences.)

-All the points you tried to make are null and void. You are breaking the rules by multi-clienting.
-Where have I said that the ToS forbids users from putting items in their shops? I can't make sense of that statement you made.

You don't think it's unethical to MULTI-CLIENT(break the rules) and try to capitalize off of you're cheating?

I think you're missing the point here, so, I'll spell it out for you.
My main point: Players are free to sell whatever they want.
2nd: You brought in the whole point of multi-clienting. What if someone has 2+ computers, which most people do. Is it now "ethical"?
3rd: Violation of ToS from putting items into shop? That was a rhetorical question pertaining to this part of your response.
GarmaKillma wrote:2. Whole thing is a rip-off so players can make a desperate grab for OC

Lastly, all my points are null and void because of what? Multi-clienting? Please, people don't even multi-client. They just glitch their bazaar. Which has been around since what, forever? Also, if you have a problem with people glitching bazaars, if they use 2 computers, everything is all dandy.

Therefore, "YOU'RE" points are all null and void. Thank you, have a nice day.

I have been defeated by an autistic opponent.
