Their is a sub quest in echigo that gives a banana magatama for a lily. Where and how can I get this lily?

Have you tried reading the quest description, or forfeiting the quest and getting it from the npc again (while reading the dialogue this time).

As far as I know, the only quest in Echigo for bow magatama would be the melon magatama one and that's not a collection quest. ie. OP is probably mistaken.
