Posted: 23 Feb 2015, 14:24Ougi’s are skill from nyankorp ( gacha ) from the silver roll. U have 2 slots of them at ur weps wich u can fill up. They are pretty strong too.

Otherwise yes you must pay to get OC to use the gacha.
Alternatively, you can sell items in bazaars for OC as well.

you get tickets when you are doing main quest line & Sheryl's "partner" quest's about her lost kitty! in total you get 8,someone please correct me if i'm wrong =)
