Highly unlikely. There wouldn't be much reason to get them from the event if you could get them from the dungeon (given that it'll be made into a daily warding dungeon after the event). Even setting aside that it would be the first dungeon reward scroll, It would also have to be the first infinitely repeatable scroll collection method (afaik). Did you hear about this somewhere?

Edit: OTL, it says that you can get it from the dungeon in the update notice.

the scrolls dont actually drop from the dungeon...but its a clear reward at a stupid low rate, no idea if normal=hell clear rates but you do indeed get it as a clear reward

I was prepared to do these all night but Onigiri RNG really works for you sometimes. I got my last two of these in a row.
