A new Bug

I've reach Kyoto now and all the NPC now have bugs in them
Whenever the NPC try to ask questions then we answer, the questions keeps coming up
it's like they're looping on their own
I have to resort ALT+F4 every times the NPC questions is coming up
I can't proceed with main quest
