The Onigiri page (Official Facebook thingy) said that you should try re-installing the game. It's because they patched the dialogue loops, it's not a spontaneous error. I myself haven't tried re-installing (yet), but I'm just passing on what they said (re-installing).

Ignore what the official shit says.

Close the game and open the client again. If it downloads something again, it should work.

If not, rinse and repeat. This is because they keep pushing out small hotfixes, and it doesn't seem like all of them can be applied in bulk.
