Is there any such thing as an event were you can have any of the partner's outfits? Or where they would be available in the nyankoropon?

There has been no event that had partner costumes and there's has been no partner costumes in the nayan. Sherly's costumes had been in the nyan a long time ago and most likely won't be coming back since they took her out of the game.

There's no event that rewards you with partner's outfits.

I get why they took her out of the game (in JP server) but this is the English server, they don't have to do everything what JP server does or do they? lets face it if they go what the JP server does why not add every update in JP server? it just seem's odd to me is all.
