There is actually one more dungeon/final boss after satan. As for new towns and content, I would think we will get new content since the JP server is far ahead of us content wise. But who knows when we will get it. Could be weeks, months, or even longer before we get a new area/content.

More Kamikui, Maps, Quests will be added to Onigiri soon~~
