I have been recieving a lot of lcuky boxes from Quest challenge reward and dungeon challenger reward. but everytime i recieve them, i can never find it in my inventory. i checked everything but no lucky box was there for me to open. pls help me fix this. IGN: Mocha Suson

try checking your present box...they'll usually be in there if they aren't in your inventory/storage

Sometimes mystery boxes disappear from your presents tab too. The glitch is confirmed.
