Hi was wondering where i could be able to find the Angel Chantilly set cause lately i have been seeing alot of people wearing that and im curious to where and how to get it ? is it from like a quest or some sort or something else?

Most costumes such as that one are from the Nyankoropon from the Shopping Plaza (I'm not sure if they've cycled out since they change every few maintenances). There are some things you can get outside of the Nyankoropon but only from specific events such as the current Festival Yukata and a Christmas Set that was available a while back (ie. nothing unrelated to major events) or clothes you can buy from the Mirror.

Note: The Nyankoropon sometimes brings back old costumes.

This costume really, really, REALLY needs a comeback. Seriously, it's one of the game's best costumes. We've had comebacks of the dragon, neko, and bunny outfits. Need another angel outfit ASAP.

Angel did come back once during New Year's I believe.
