yo gm just used top up in game and i have been waiting for 1 hour to receive my oc
i already tried re-logging in so many many times and been going back n forth in the rift to see if it was delivered but still meh

OC sometimes takes a while to arrive. I think the suggestion is to at least wait a day for some payment types.
