Hidden Nerf?

I honestly didn't think I'd have to log on so soon but some of the players have been telling me that their Aqua Needle V can't 1 hit kill the Tsuchikorobi in Boukyaku despite having bonus rain element from their Rime bow. SF for that skill hasn't changed so that meant that element stacking might have been nerfed.
I decided to test this out on the Nue boss and behold! 105 fire + fireballs + 370 bonus SF only gets me 400k on crit, where as I used to do around 1 mil per crit. Now I know CS tweaked mob weaknesses and such but Nue is still nuetral towards fire (according to its card)

Honestly CS, stop with the hidden nerfs. First the resurrection and now this. Its kinda getting rediculous.

I haven't been able to login much aside from filling the calendar recently, but if elemental compositions have been changed (as I'm assuming they have been e.g. no more 100% element skills), then, I'll probably need to rethink my magatama arrangements -.-

If I get the chance, I'll try to look into what's been changed, unless someone beats me to it.
