So...how do you get Ougis? Is it only from the lottery thing or do you get it automatically on weapons?

Dragon Ark Sabisame doesn't drop Ougi. I know because that's the only one I've beaten. Also, Oni's Dagger comes with Oni Spirit Blast, not True Spirit Blast. Similar but not quite the same.

Point Daruma sells 4 Ougi Cards (the three Gargoyle Ougis and Soul Reaper Scythe). Aside from that and what has already been mentioned: Nyankoropon. And that's it.
