Help Making My Character Good

i need help making my character good .. i just started over and i know i'm going to get stuck in Seki thats where i'm at currently heres a link to what i have so far and it's not good http://imgur.com/a/m7FoK. i need help on what weapons to farm at the moment which mags to get and whatever else can help my character . i main twins and bow obviously i need to grind heavy so any help is welcome i need all the information i can get.

Go back to Kyoto and look for the cat npc near Kurama Tea House. That sidequest gives Nekomata Magatama (Twin sword Skill Force rank5+ +45%)
Also, try to get weapons that can be made with 3 skills rank 5 and above (with smelting). That will make thy life much easier.

PS: don't use skills rank 4 and below. Poison is an exception : D have fun
