I can't seem to get these 3 in Kusatsu.
Been running around there for how many times.

I am not able to get the achievements in Kusatsu either. If anyone got them, feedback would be appreciated.

Yep, Kusatsu's achievements aren't working. I let Onigiri know in a tweet.

"Set foot outside the entrance to To Yomotsuhirasaka in Izumo Rest Area" and "Steo foot on the Tsuribashi" aren't working for me.

Yeah, the Yomotsuhirasaka Achievement hasn't worked for me either. As for the "Set foot on the Tsuribashi", you just have to cross the bridge at the beginning of Sekigahara, from the portal leading from Kyoto.

As for the Yomotsuhirasaka one, I figured out my problem. I...had gotten it already a while ago, but never noticed.

My other character got it at this place.

Kusatsu's achievements are fixed now and you can get them.

Where is the Onigaishima toilet?

IIRC it's in Gourd Park. In any case, it has its back against one of the bordering walls so if you run around all the outside walls of Onigashima, you should be able to spot some wooden toilets.
