I just came back after a long 2 years break. Remember the collaboration event with Milky Holmes? I was playing around that time.
I want to ask some questions to keep me up-to-date.
- What is the latest area that you can proceed with the main quest line? Is it still Edo?
- What are the current end-game gears? How to obtain them? And what weapon type is the best currently in your opinion?
- What is the current level cap? And a good way to leveling? (I'm currently at level 99)
- What is the current max affinity cap?
- What is the current max stat cap?
- My friend is also a cumback player and he's starting from scratch. If you have any advice on how to proceed with the game currently, please let me know.
- I've seen that there're a lot of people doing the warding. Is entering dungeons outside the warding have any meaning beside doing it for the main quest line?
- I really like the Miko Enma set (Red & White Miko outfit with no fox tail), but its look like I wasn't aware of it by the time it was released. Have you ever see that set came back?
Maybe there're other questions I wanna ask, but I can't remember them all so if you guys have any other advice you wanna say, please let me know.
Thank you! :">
I Just got back to playing as well, but it's only been about a year for me.
1. You've got quite a bit of story to go after edo. I remember 100 being the cap, but now it's like 130. The story pretty much re-uses old dungeons so you'll end up back in kyoto where the story is currently. That's a bit off from edo though.
2. End game gear is allllllllll event gear that was from previous events that are no longer obtainable like the magatama of knowledge. You'll still be okay with the El or El Sin weapon, gargoyle weapon, or even dragon ark weapons. The gargolye weapons and dragon ark weapons are warding. There is no best class because everyone just uses a mount or partner which does cap damage for you. Best class is OC or an event partner that's not obtainable anymore. Go figure. Spears used to be the best, then it was sword/ts, then axe, then wand/bow became popular. Really everything has a chance.
3. 130. Best way to level is the "catch up" mechanic Onigiri placed for leeches or people that took a break. It's in the warding under "daily dungeon" (in red) and you can do the exp ticket dungeon. Hard mode will give you exp and it's absurd. Take a drop boost to get more tickets, and an EXP boost before you consume them. Pair it with login boost for maximum efficiency. Hard mode does take 50 energy so you'll need energy restores to level up quickly.
4. Too damn high to worry about
5. Still 100
6. Um? New accounts get a legendary gacha so they should get a free vanguard partner. I'd keep making accounts until you get a good partner. You can take them to event dungeons and power level them if you want them to play with you and they don't care about actually playing through the game.
7. Warding is used for a lot. It's psuedo content really but it's important anyway.
8. Outfits are rotated all the time in the normal gacha. Back in the day there was just 1 kind of gacha, now there's like 7....
