Tried to get Kenshin, the only partner left on the Nyankoropon with 105 mega gacha tickets and free ocs to no avail.

The Meganyan has about 50 items in there so the chances of this happening seem pretty high. I think it's likely that the chance of getting partners is much less than 0.5% given that you're more likely to roll low tier things. I would've suggested waiting for a gacha with less items to roll for Kenshin (with free OC), but.. *shrugs* I don't know how much difference it would've actually made.
