Long time player, first time poster!

Hey peeps, I've been playing this game for quite some time now, and really enjoying it. In fact, it was early last year when I discovered this game for Xbox One (thanks to work; which I can't get detailed about) but ended up sticking with the PC version instead since I didn't have an Xbox at the time. At first, I only played enough to reach level 26, and hadn't played in a long long time. Then I came back around late December or early January (I forgot when) and now I'm at level 90.

I normally don't care for MMOs, but this one I like because I can still play solo with minimal interaction with others if I so choose. This is my first time actually playing an online game long term also. FPS games online like Halo and CoD get old really quickly thanks to the basement dwellers who constantly hack the game and cheat, plus they don't hold my interest. This one is juuuuuuuuuuust right!

Lastly, some of you might recognize my nickname. Yes, I was once the guy behind Cxbx (I say this because I get asked about this randomly on nearly every forum I join). I assume most of you won't care, which is fine because I'm not one to gloat about it. I find that I am liked and hated by many where ever I go. So that's all for my introduction. Just hoping I can get stronger, forge/buy some stronger weapons and acquire new powers so I can hunt field bosses in peace without jerks stealing my kills for the EXP.

Alright, hope you have an enjoyable time in Onigiri.
And btw, there's a wiki for the game with lots of info and stuff (although not all) + link to the Onigiri Discord. You can also join the Facebook group instead.

Link to wiki (in case you don't know): http://onigiri.wikia.com/wiki/Onigiri_Wiki

Hi welcome to the forums. I was the same as well, only posting in forums a year after starting.

I do agree this game is more laid back in nature. It's not really design to be competitive so people tend to be nicer to each other. I think I saw you around Izumo a few days back. Figured you were just mats hunting. Good luck and have fun.
